Where is the Lazy Beach Blonde?

Have you been wondering why so few places have the Lazy Beach Blonde? Sadly, this is why..

It was our first batch to go bad. You can see the look of sadness on Drew’s face as it goes down the drain. If only it were legal to home distill in this country, it could have still (har har) made some tasty vodka. Regardless I hope at least the sewer rats enjoy our bubbly, since we didn’t get to.

Edit: This is one of our fermenters, the beer sits in here for roughly two weeks after brewing as the yeast converts the sugars from the barley into alcohol and other flavors. There was roughly 75 gallons of beer that went down the drain which is enough beer to fill 14, 1/6bbl kegs, or 4.5 of the larger 1/2bbl kegs. The beer went bad because wild yeast got into the batch and caused it to turn sour.
