Majek Vineyard & Winery will have a rep onsite to chat about their operation and the varieties they make. Their wines are made of 100% Texas grapes!
They will be bringing in 4 of their wines for this event:
Blanc Du Bois Dry White Wine-
A crisp, bright, citrusy (think grapefruit) notes.
Opal Semi Dry –
A light blend of Orange Muscat and Muscat Blanc. Floral top- notes balance with Lemon – like acidity.
Cardinals Choice Sweet Red –
A Tempranillo and Muscat Canelli blend with a fruit character and floral aroma.
Cardinals Crown Dry Red-
45% Cabernet, 30% MourvĂšdre, 25% Merlot
