Come join us for our second Food and Beer Pairing event!

7 delicious courses by the talented chefs at the ACF TCA Chefs of the Coastal Bend will be paired with 7 lazy beach beers.

3. Cup o Joe
Chicken Pate with Schmaltz Espuma
Golden Cafe au Lait Stout

4. Duo of Veal
Roasted Marrow Bones, Braised Cheek (or Oxtail), Parsley Salad, Spent Grain Crostini

5. Pina Coco Granita
Grilled Pineapple and Coconut Jam

6. Thomspon Farms Goat Manchego
Poached Pear, Marcona Almond Crunch
Pear Beach in Wheat

7. Capirotada
Black Mission Figs and Dates, RIS Ice Cream

Tickets are $70 and limited to 30 people. This is a 21+ event.

Doors open at 5pm and the first course will be served at 5:30pm.

Sadly, since space is limited there will be no refunds. If you cannot make it, give the ticket to a friend.
