Refined sweet floral and herbal character. A close descendant of Hallertau Mittelfruh bred for disease resistance and larger yields. Used for aroma and flavor additions in German lagers.

See you next Saturday!
Wow one full year already!
In celebration of our one year anniversary, and our recent move to a new larger facility we are extremely excited to announce..
We are opening our Taproom!
10 rotating Lazy Beach beers on tap and tours of how we make the beer every Saturday from 1pm-9pm starting June 6th!
Join us June 6th and try all the new beers! $7 gets you a Lazy Beach Belgian style glass filled with your first pint of Lazy Beach Beer. All beers are only $2.50 for our anniversary celebration.
Date: June 6th
Location: Lazy Beach Brewery, 7522 Bichon #100, Corpus Christi, Texas 78414
You probably know 3 of our beers the Blonde, Texas Bock and Session IPA. The other 7 will be completely new!
Before starting Lazy Beach Brewing we used to make beer every Tuesday night. It was a blast and what caused us to start the brewery. Part of the fun was rarely making the same recipe twice and only making what we felt like drinking at that moment.
How does a nice thick dark chocolate sound?
How about a Cucumber Saison?
What about deciding Corpus Christi’s favorite beer? We started in neutral territory by making an American Amber. Where it goes from there is up to you! Every time you have a pint of this beer you can vote on how to change the next batch. Want more hops? Different yeast? More Malt? Toss in some rye? The future of the beer is completely up to you!
This is our playground, we want to make beers we have never had, beers that expand our knowledge, beers that test our creativity and skills, beers we all love to drink.
We hope you come join us June 6th in our brand new location at 7522 Bichon Dr #100 Corpus Christi, Texas 78414. This location is near Rodd Field and Yorktown.
Odd note: The road “Bichon” is a breed of dog, and pronounced BEE-shon. With that said all incorrect pronunciations are acceptable.
Huge late kettle additions of 5 different American hops and a generous addition of dry hops gives it a smooth bitterness, amazing aroma and delicious flavor.
Its time for our third beer release, a Session IPA!
Mark your calendars for Saturday, December 13 starting at 7:00pm at Padre Island Burger Company.
Great local beer, burgers and friends.
In addition to the Session IPA we will have the Texas Bock and Blonde on tap as well.
* A band is in the works and will be announced soon.
