This Weeks New Beer
Diwali
We made a tiny batch of this phenomenal beer last year, which many of you will remember. The spice profile of cardamon, coriander, fenugreek, fennel, cayenne, ginger and tumeric was originally decided upon by the ACF TCA Chefs of the Coastal Bend and it came out amazing. Named Diawli after the Hindu Festival of light (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Diwali), this light beer has a distinctly amazing flavor unlike any beer.
32 IBU, 5 SRM, 4.8% ABV
Tickets are still available for the Haunted Murder Mystery Nights Oct 27th and 30th and 30th Tonight and Sunday. Make sure to pick up your pair of tickets. The evening will include a live production of a Halloween themed wedding gone rotten. This bone chilling tale will have you guessing who the butcher is as you interact with the actors throughout the evening while enjoying food from Miseenplace Mobilecafe and Lazy Beach Beer.
