 - August 7th: Beach in wHeat
 - August 14th: The Roggen Beer is a German style Rye Beer. Very close to a dunkelwiesen, instead of it being an mostly wheat beer it is made with mostly rye. Thus giving it more of a spicy character.

 - August 21st: Brent Ginger Hibiscus Saison

 - August 26th: Whatamelon Wit – Making it’s return from back on July 4th. This wheat beer is 20% freshly juiced watermelon giving it a lot of great watermelon flavor.
 - August 26th: White IPA – It has all the classic flavors of a Belgian Style Wit such as orange, coriander and chamomile, but with lots of extra challenger and fuggle hops.
 - August 26th: Scottish Rye – Very similar to the delicious Scottish beer we had back on June 20th, but this time it has sweet and spicy elements from rye to give a more rounded, full flavor.
 - September 4th: Prickly Pear Ale
 - September 11th: Pumkpin
 - September 17th: Yet another IPA – We failed to come up with a better name so this is yet another IPA. Much more bitter than our session IPA. Made with those tasty American C Hops.
 - September 25th: Semper pale – With all New Zealand hops.
 - October 1st: Single Hop Series – Tradition – This is our Single Hop Series that is an educational beer. this one showcases the Tradition hop so you get to experience the aroma and taste of it. Typical alpha: 5.0-7.0%. Refined sweet floral and herbal character. A close descendant of Hallertau Mittelfruh bred for disease resistance and larger yields. Used for aroma and flavor additions in German lagers.
 - October 9th: Belgian Admiral – This is a Belgian style brown with all the bready, biscuity and flavorful malt notes complemented by UK admiral hops and all the wonderful belgian yeast notes.
 - October 9th: Get Around Brown – An American brown beer with a semi sweet malt forward flavor and balanced hop bitterness.
 - October 16th: Carmelized Milk Stout – For this one we took an old Milk Stout recipe we had from our homebrewing days and spiced it up with a generous amount of carmalized sugar that we made while the grains were mashing.
 - October 16th: Irish Brown – This brown has a slightly sweet malty flavor with an intense irish almost belgian yeast aroma.
 - October 16th: Corpus Christi v4 – Back again in it’s 4th version, the votes came in very split with only a slight majority voting to making it more hoppy. So instead of upping the bitterness we decided to add a small amount of dry hops to increase the hop aroma without increasing the bitterness.
 - October 16th: El Presidente Pecan – This one is back at the request David Mathews. How can we not listen to him when he has helped us so much? A few weeks back it was known as the pecan porter. This time around we thickened it up a little into more of the stout flavor territory.
 - October 23rd: Hi-breast-us This beer is PINK! And with good reason! Made in honor of all those fighting, defeating or losing to breast cancer, this is a reminder to be checked ! $1 from every pint sold will be donated to American Cancer Association to help those with cancer.
 - October 30th: The Black Cat IPA – This beer is pitch black and comes in at 85 IBU’s. It is a unlucky not to try it!

 - November 6th: Endless Summer Rye – This light rye beer is the perfect transition from really hot summer to Corpus hot summer. 38 IBU

 - November 18th: Raptor IPA – Brewed with homebrewer Sean Sutherland
 - November 27th: Blond, James Blond – A light ESB (Extra Special Bitter) hopped with english style hops followed by a bready malt flavor. FYI, this is a small batch and might not make it through the day!
 - December 3rd: Chocolate Mint Stout – This later evolved into Marianas Trench.
 - December 10th: Dunkelweizen – Similar to a hefeweizen but darker. We had a lot of requests on our comment cards for this style of beer, so here it is!
