As for this weeks new beer:
Belgian IPA
This recipe was designed by homebrewer Russell Wagner. It twists and blends two common beer styles, an American IPA and a Belgian Wit. 60 IBUs acquired by both American and German hops. Fermented with a Belgian yeast strain along with additions of orange peel and coriander. Finished by a generous dry hopping of Soriachi Ace and Citra hops.
